A bespoke challenge gives you, the charity compete freedom over every aspect! The destination, the duration, the dates, you decide, and you pick! If you want to offer a brilliant milestone event like Kilimanjaro or a London – Paris bike ride we can accommodate, or you can create your own itinerary and challenge we can get inventive! We have hundreds of events waiting to go or just waiting to be adapted to fit with your supporter demographic. All of our challenges whether it is a one day bike ride in the UK or a 3 week trek in the Himalayas are supported by a full risk assessment and Crisis Management Plan. These are constantly adapted for each event and each client and are communicated to the charity in advance. We follow FCO updates for every destination we travel to and follow all guidance given and build in any concerns into our risk assessments and make sure all of the team are aware.

We are just a phone call away for you are your supporters – whether they want to discuss the intricacies of which type of sock they should buy or have concerns about altitude sickness we are here and happy to help! We pride ourselves on fast response rates to all of our clients and take it very seriously to make sure we are providing the best possible service.
With a fully bespoke event you not only have control over the itinerary but also the finances. You choose the registration fee and minimum sponsorship levels. You also have the opportunity to offer alternative pricing structures that cater to the needs of your supporters like Self-Funding options.
We can create an in-depth communication plan to make sure the supporter journey is as stream-lined and informed as possible. We can pass over all of the event specific information for you to then feedback to participants, or we can compliment your mailings about fundraising with the event details or we can simply take-over all forms of communication and relieve you of that stress.
